What Is Menopause?
Menopause. So much more than hot flashes. There are so many changes occurring throughout your body as you enter peri-menopause and beyond. Whether you are struggling with exhaustion, sore joints, sleep, weight gain, brain fog, anxiety or any other perimenopause or menopausal symptom. It’s therefore no wonder that women feel so out of sorts and completely robbed of their confidence, energy and health when they reach midlife.

What differentiates our approach from other health programmes is that we take time to build a picture of your current lifestyle. Your habits, routine and preferences. You are an individual and your lifestyle is unique to you. From there we design around your busy life, prescribing practical and achievable health protocols that are realistic for your busy life.

Movement & Fuel
We build on the habits formed in Phase 01 and progress to to optimise both body and mind. We work closely with you and use the latest advances in wearable technology to track data around sleep, stress, energy and performance.

My name is Caroline and I equip busy, Professional Women with the tools they need to take control of their Health, Habits & Happiness through Menopause.
My mission is to provide my female client base with the strategies & skills to build healthy habits & routines to sustain long term positive lifestyle change.
With a background in architectural practice and interior design, I specialise in working with time strapped burnt out and overworked women, tired of putting themselves, and their health, at the bottom of the priority list. Particularly during menopause.
