Interested in making changes to your health but not sure where to start? Join The Lifestyle Project completely Free for 14 days. Gain access to the resources and coaching expertise to help you kick start your health journey. Hit the link below to join The Lifestyle Project.

Tell us more about you! The more we know about your current lifestyle, goals and preferences - the faster we can help you get there. Fill out the short questionnaire and let our coaching team do the work, putting together the training plan, nutritional protocol and lifestyle targets to help you get there.

  • Use our app to monitor progress: workout performance, sleep quality, stress management, weekly activity, weight loss and much more.

  • Connect our app with your Fitbit or Apple Watch and allow your coach to monitor data over the duration of your week.

  • Wherever you may be in the world, access our coaches via our inbuilt messaging service.

1-2-1 Coaching Support

In a world of increasing AI and automations, we firmly believe that a 1-2-1 relationship between Client & Coach is the key to the very best results and more important than ever before. You will be assigned a coach and supported through your journey; someone who knows your goals and understands your lifestyle and preferences. We are here for you from start to finish.

  • You will be assigned a Coach who will support you through the duration of your time with us on The Lifestyle Project. You will be introduced to your coach during your on-boarding and you’ll work with the same coach for 6 months. This ensures we can offer the very best support to our Clients and build the trusting, supportive relationship required to achieve great results. Think of us as your personal cheerleasers!

  • Your lifestyle, preferences and goals are unique to you and therefore your plan must be too. We design around your lifestyle, we don’t shoehorn you into a cookie cutter programme. Your exercise and nutritional targets will be set for your by your coach and adjusted throughout the process as required.

  • You can access your coach at any time through our in-app messaging service. Irrespective of time zone or time of day; you can reach out for support or with questions wherever you may be in the world.

  • Our first module focuses on creating the foundations for your health and wellness journey. The topics covered in this module with equip you with key tools and concepts. Build your knowledge of the fundamentals and build a comprehensive understanding of your body's needs, developing healthy habits and setting achievable goals. Whether you are new to the world of health and fitness or looking to expand your learning - this is the perfect springboard for future learning.

  • Module 2 is focused on progression, and taking your health and wellness journey to the next level. Building on the foundational learning, habits and routines established in Module 1, we delve deeper into topics to optimise your physical performance, cognitive function and enhance lifestyle factors. In this module we look to equip you with further tools to enhance all areas of your life.

  • Module 3 focuses on sustainability, ensuring that the changes made to your lifestyle are in place to support lasting, lifelong health. We look to the future and helps you develop a sustainable mindset and integrate healthy habits seamlessly into your daily life. Whether it's establishing a consistent exercise routine, adopting mindful eating practices, or managing stress effectively, this module equips you with the strategies and support needed to sustain your health and wellness journey for the long term.

By working WITH your schedule rather than AGAINST it, we will help you put strategies in place to manage your time more effectively and carve out more time for the things you love.
