Our Discovery Call is a really informal discussion and the aim is for me to gather as much information as I can about your current lifestyle and goals. The more we know, the greater understanding we’ll have as to whether we will be the right fit to help you reach those goals.

We like to host our Discovery Calls via Zoom - for the simple reason that we like to see you! It also allows us the added bonus of visually walking you through our programme with the screen share option.

Our Discovery Call is completely free! The call is a chance to see if we will be a great fit to support you in achieving your goals. If a coaching relationship is something you’d like to discuss, we have a number of different coaching packages and will be happy to discuss this on a future call. The intention of the Discovery Call is not to discuss price.

No problem at all, we’d be happy to reschedule. You will find a link at the bottom of your Zoom invitation that will allow you to access the booking link again. If you do need to reschedule, all we kindly ask is that you give us as much notice as possible that you will not be able to attend your call. Our Coaches offer this service completely free and block off their calendar’s to do so.

Typically we work with our ladies for 6 months. This is an optimal length of time to make significant changes to your lifestyle and build consistent habits and routines. Within 6 months we will have equipped you with the tools you need, specific to you and your lifestyle, and after which time we encourage ladies to use these tools independently with new found confidence, setting you up for a lifetime of success.
