It was wonderful to meet you and I’m so pleased to be connecting again on our second call! By now, you have an idea of our ethos at CWC and the methods we use to help women all over the world achieve their health & wellness goals.

If our Coaching Principals resonate with you and you feel, based on our conversation, that we might be the right team to support you going forward, the purpose of our second call will be to find the right coaching package for you.

The package we select will be based on two considerations: the level of support we feel you require and of course budget. We have a variety of options available and will walk you through each package on our next call to allow you to ask any questions and to make an informed decision.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Typically we work with our ladies for 6 months. This is an optimal length of time to make significant changes to your lifestyle and build consistent habits and routines. Within 6 months we will have equipped you with the tools you need, specific to you and your lifestyle, and after which time we encourage ladies to use these tools independently with new found confidence, setting you up for a lifetime of success.

  • Every CWC Package will include:
    - Access to a 1-2-1 Coach to guide you through the process
    - Access to our App, Member’s Area, Community and all Resources
    - A minimum of 1 personalised touch point per week with your coach. Depending on your package this will either be personalised video feedback or a 30 minute diagnostic call. You can contact your coach via the app at any point during the week
    - Exercise protocol, nutrition plan and lifestyle targets - all of which are specific to you

    And a whole lot more! We will go through the details on our call.

  • Our coaching packages start from £99 per month and range up to our Inner Circle Head Coaching Programme. There are no additional costs outside of your selected coaching package.

  • Yes. We have a variety of different coaching options. The package we select will be based on two considerations: the level of support we feel you require and of course budget. We we will walk you through each package on our next call to allow you to ask any questions and to make an informed decision.

  • We understand that building rapport and confidence with your coach is integral to a great client-coach relationship. If you know in advance that you would prefer to work with a specific member of the team (head coach / coaching team) let us know on the call and we will make sure we run through the packages to work with that individual.

    Please be aware that each coach has a maximum capacity for their cohort and availability will be dependant on their current intake. The Head Coaching Inner Circle cohort, for example, is capped at 15 Clients at any given time.

  • Absolutely, we want you to be completely comfortable with your decision. Please be aware however that we cannot reserve coaching spaces for you and suggest that if you are an action taker and serious about your commitment to the programme that you secure your space and payment on the call.

    Please be aware that each coach has a maximum capacity for their cohort and availability will be dependant on their current intake. The Head Coaching Inner Circle cohort is capped at 15 Clients at any given time.

    Should you wish to reserve a space in a cohort, you can place a £199 refundable deposit and your space is reserved for 24 hours, leaving you time to make a final decision should you feel you need to. Deposits can be made via the following link:

  • Straight away! Unless we agree otherwise, your access to the CWC app and resources will be active as soon as you sign up. This will give you a chance to explore our platforms.

  • As soon as we secure your space we’ll send you over our Client Agreement. This document sets out the expectations for our time together and is a great resources to have. Signing your Client Agreement will give you access to our app and resources.

    We will then get to work on your nutrition and training protocols and book you in for your On Boarding Call with your coach. We like to do this as soon as possible so let us know when you have availability in your diary in the coming days.
